TA Tire Casing Credit Program
- A casing credit will be available to any customer when casings meet the "A" grade or "B" grade casing criteria outlined below
- All casings will be graded by trained shop personnel
- All credits will appear on the work order
Casing Criteria for "A" and "B" Grade Casings
Grade "A" Criteria
- Casing size LP22.5, LP24.5, 11R22.5, or 11R24.5
- Casing brand is one of the following: Bridgestone, Firestone, Goodyear, Michelin
- Casing not previously retreaded
- Age of 48 months or less
- Maximum of 2 nail hole repairs
- No sidewall or section repairs
- No sidewall cuts/abrasions/weather cracking
- No exposed metal or bead damage
Grade "B" Criteria
- Casing size LP22.5, LP24.5, 11R22.5, or 11R24.5
- All once retreaded "A" grade casings
- Virgin Casing Brands - Dayton, General, Toyo, Continental, Kelly, Sumitomo, BF Goodrich, Dunlop, Cooper
- Age of 72 months or less.
- Maximum of three nail hole repairs
- No sidewall or section repairs
- No sidewall cuts/abrasions/weather cracking
- No exposed metal or bead damage
